I bet you wish....
You had a hat like this!!
It is a Cole Creation for his new spring line. Don't worry, he has shoes to match :)
Take a good look at Cole's shirt. It took me a long time to remember who has a shirt like this....is it a disney character.....a character from Sesame Street? And then it hit me one day. My son is dressed like Freddy Krueger !! Let's just say we don't wear this shirt very often :)

Record Snow!
Ok, you people in the north, don't laugh! We had record snow this week of 12 inches!!! People in Texas do not understand this white mystery mess and the whole city shuts down!
Here is my sweet daughter right before she chunks this HUGE snowball at me!
Cole is still not very fond of the snow. He loves saying the word "sNOO" but doesn't want to touch it. Here are two pictures where Adrian is trying to set Cole down. It was like putting a cat in a bathtub.
This is our lab named Shadow and our cat Reese. Shadow loved playing in the snow and thought it was fun to throw in the air and eat it. We also have a long-haired Dauchshund named Cooper. The snow was almost as tall as he was.
I don't get many good pictures of Cole because he's normally trying to get the camera from me. Here is a new stage where he is asking nicely for my camera.

Up!
That's right! Another baby girl was accepted today that is 3-4 months old. I have to admit the the closer we get to the top, the more often I check the website to see if we've moved. Probably by the time we get to number 2, I will have built a contraption that automatically pushes the refresh button every .8 seconds.
I love this sign of number six! It reminds me of all the backpacking we have done to some gorgeous places. I have visions of our little family doing this when the kids get a little older. Little Elmo backpacks filled with toys and snacks and Mike carrying 80lbs. worth of food and clothes :) And me on the lookout for gray and white snakes :)

Not the Mini!
My husband has brought to my attention that there is something in my life that needs to be replaced.
Here is a picture of what I drive now:
AAUUUGGH! I love my mini. And he does too. He wants to keep it and get it souped-up as his own personal race car. Where is is going to race around here? I don't know if he's figured that out. But, the mini has a pretty nice resale value and would make a great payment towards a gently used "larger" vehicle. A vehicle that would fit two car seats and have room to spare for the rest of us. I guess I should start watching cars to see what I like within our price range.
Ok, so I'm having a hard time giving this up. Most the time, after a few years, I can't wait to trade'er in and get something new and shiny. But, I've grown attached to this little car. It is just like driving a go-cart. And it has kept me safe in two different wrecks. The last one was a few months ago and a Hummer hit me at the bank. Can't say we one that one.
So, if you have any suggestions of a 4-door roomy, yet sporty vehicle, please let me know. If you suggest a mini-van, I will cry. I'm not ready to grow up.
