Truly Blessed!

During every step of this adoption, we have been amazed at the friends that have gone above and beyond and helped us on this journey! Well, I'm here to brag on one more friend!

Sharon is the mother of a beautiful little girl from Ethiopia. She also does fundraising for an incredible organization called Sacred Selections. They give grants to Christian families to help alleviate the expenses of the agency and legal fees. They have already helped 35 families adopt from the United States and several different countries. Sharon has been asking me for over a year why we don't apply for a grant. And, of course, I've had lots of excuses :) They finally twisted our arms and I am so glad they did!! We received a phone call Sunday night and they would like to give us a very generous grant. Thank you Sharon and thank you Dana and Sacred Selections for all that you have done to bring these precious kids home!

Attend just one or both! I went to the dinner last year and the auction was so much fun! You really could get some great deals and give to a good cause at the same time.

Unable to make it? You could also donate items for the auction! They auction anything from furniture, blankets, jewelry, gift cards and baskets and services from businesses. Just leave me a message and I would love to take it for you. All donations are tax deductible!
